Our wellness area is open from 7:30 am - 8:30 pm. Our saunas are open from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The infrared cabin and the hydro-jet massage table are available at all times.

For the sake of the environment, you have a recycling room at your disposal. Plastic, aluminium, white glass, colored glass, paper and cardboard are being separated.

Should you require an additional key, we will be happy to provide one. In case of loss we charge a fee of € 45.

An ashtray is available on your balcony. We kindly ask you not to smoke indoors.

On request, an intermediate cleaning service can be booked at any time for an additional charge of € 38. Intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 10 days. Toiletries, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper. etc. can be reordered free of charge in the morning time.

The ski bus stop is a 1-minute walk from our hotel.

We recommend renting ski equipment directly at the Penken mountain station at Skiservice-Center Hubert Kröll (at the „Pilzbar”). As our house guest you receive a 15% discount and a free ski depot.

Our e-charging station is available at all times. Any costs incurred are settled directly via the charging terminal.

Public washing machines and tumble dryers are available at the Mayrhofen campsite (Laubichl 125).

When booking on our website, your credit card details will be requested. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is then due to secure your booking. The remaining amount can be paid directly on site by cash, EC card or credit card.

Free cancellation up to 1 month before arrival.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival 50% and in the last two weeks 90% of the total amount need to be charged.
In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival, late arrival or early departure, we ask for your understanding that we will have to charge 100% of the total price.
To cover all eventualities, we recommend the European travel insurance.

The Activcard is only available in summer and is valid for 3, 6, 9 or 12 consecutive days.

Take the Inntal motorway (A12) to the Zillertal-Wiesing exit and drive through the Brettfall tunnel. Follow the road for another 30 km and take the 2nd exit at the roundabout in Mayrhofen. Turn right at the petrol station and left at the next junc-tion up the hill. Follow the road for approx. 500 meters and turn left at the Hotel Pram-straller. Turn left again immediately after the Thalerhof and you will see our apartment hotel Landhaus Veronika. Our car park is available free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Travel overnight - in an ÖBB (Austrian Railways) sleeper, couchette or seat carriage. The ÖBB Nightjet travels directly from Hamburg (with stops in Munich, Nürnberg, Frankfurt am Main Airport) and Düsseldorf (with stops in Munich and Nürnberg) to Tyrol every night. And best of all: our hotel is only a 10-minute walk from Mayrhofen railway station.

Choose Innsbruck, Salzburg or Munich airport as your destination. From there, continue your journey by train/bus to Mayrhofen. We are happy to or-ganize a transfer directly to our apartment hotel on request.
