There are questions that we receive time and again and which we are happy to answer here. If your question is not included, you can also find lots of information in our digital guest folder.

Do I have to bring my own towels?

Our hotel provides towels, bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer and toiletries free of charge.

Are animals allowed?

Your four-legged friend is welcome to come along for an extra charge of € 19/day.

Is the wellness area included in the price?

All facilities in the wellness area, including the hydro-jet massage table, are included in the apartment price.

Are there additional costs for final cleaning?

The final cleaning is included in the apartment price. If someone would like an intermediate cleaning during their stay, there is an additional one-off charge of € 38. Intermediate cleaning is included for stays of 10 days.

Is there a ski room/bicycle room?

Our house offers a ski room with boot dryer in the basement, which can also be used to store bicycles in summer.

Does the hotel also offer breakfast?

We do not offer breakfast directly in our house. You are welcome to take advantage of our bread roll service - with fresh bread delivered directly to your apartment door every day from 7:00 am.

Can we also do laundry in the house?

Unfortunately, we do not have sufficient capacity to offer a laundry service. However, there is the possibility of washing and drying laundry at the Mayrhofen campsite (Camping Mayrhofen/ 5 minutes by car).

Is the apartment hotel barrier-free?

Unfortunately, our hotel is not completely barrier-free. However, we do have an elevator that can be used to reach all floors.

Is there a car park or an e-charging station?

Our free car park and an e-charging station are located directly in front of the house.

Can we also check in and out outside the arrival and departure times?

A key box is available for late check-in. The code will be given by e-mail or telephone. Please let us know in good time if you will be arriving late. Check-out is at 10:00 am.

Can we leave our luggage at the hotel?

You are welcome to leave your luggage with us free of charge.

Where can I get my guest card?

You will receive your guest card directly at check-in.

What kitchen utensils do we need to bring?

Our kitchens are fully equipped, including filter coffee machine, toaster, 2 hot-plates, microwave, kettle and dishwasher.
